Baking Oven

To accommodate plate size 30” X 40” for P.S Positive plates. Oven is double walled inside & outside made of thick gauge mild steel sheet. Between the two walls oven a layer of 100mm super quality mineral wools filled as heat insulator to minimize the loss. Temperature is controlled by long life thermostate from 50oC to 250oC with a temperature accuracy of plus minus 5oC. Thermostate is connected to the heaters through heavy duty. Air break contactor. Complete with easy operation control panel, Air Circulation. Timer and buzzer Etc.

Damper Roller Cleaning Machine

Complete with stainless steel body to accommodate roller upto 48” or 60” cleaning roller fabricated from high quality steel for rust resistance. Imprevious to corrosion and rusting result in long life of the machine, Water jet with control for efficient washing easy to operate the machine greatly simplifies and speeds the process of roller cleaning, fitted with the ½ HP Motor, 3 phase 440 volts complete with auto reverse
